Online PDF Guide sells digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Change of mind

Our digital guides are made available for download shortly after purchase.

Where you have expressly agreed to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledged that doing so means losing your statutory right to cancel, your 14 day cancellation right will end once supply of the digital content begins.

Where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

We do not normally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after digital content has been supplied or accessed, except where required by law.

Problems with your download

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, receive a corrupted file, or believe your digital product is faulty, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file or restore access to your download.

Faulty digital content

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Under UK consumer law, digital content must conform to the contract. Where digital content is faulty, consumers may be entitled to repair or replacement. Where this cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, a price reduction or refund may be available.

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed without undue delay and, where required by law, within 14 days of us agreeing that you are entitled to the refund. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital guide more than once, please contact us. Once we verify the duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate transaction.
